I'm trying to keep scammers out of my very local group. I had it set that I had to approve all new members then it just disappeared! And now the option to turn that on is gone too :(

There is no option you show on the group. Our group somehow allows anyone to join, (Public) and we want to have admin approvals to allow joining.
It'sa not good to have anyone join without approval. Please tell us how to do that. Thank you!

I am a group admin. I have clicked "knly admin and moderators can approve" but anyone can still join. What the hell? Can you help?
