How To Always Focus In School (3 Tips To Conquer A Boring Professor)

Not gonna lie, over the past few weeks, there have been a few professors that have been... well. Yeah. And on top of that, with things like break coming up, I have not always been in the right headspace to focus on my lectures. But, there are a few things that always help me out a little whenever I have a little bit of trouble focusing in lecture.
These are things that help ME out, some of them might not necessarily work for you, but in particular, the second tip is the thing you should probably pay attention to to help you be able to stand a lecture, even when it's boring. Sometimes, it's better to embrace certain distractions if they help you enhance the rest of the process, but be careful not to let things go too far out of reach.
Also, although it's not mentioned in this video because I don't personally do it, meditating 10 minutes a day can help you with your focus. Try it.
