All-in-all this Bissell is a life changing experience with muddy dogs🌼 Even if you didnt have the mud or dogs and you have a ton of hardwood or non carpet floors, this Bissell will cut clean time down significantly.

My daughter had the other one that I bought her, when it was first released. It recently stopped working so she was looking for a replacement and ran across the sale at Target. We went to buy it and I decided to buy one for myself. They were Mothers Day gifts from my husband to us. As we were leaving the store, we heard a woman behind us say “someone’s having a good Mothers Day.” We turned to her and she told us she got one for Christmas and she loves it.

The instructions that come with it tell you to prime it a different way. Either way it works 🤷‍♀️. I love my machine!

Do you hold the trigger the entire time or only when you first start it up?

Do I need to keep the trigger button always pushed for washing, or just for the 10 seconds, and after that activation can be released?

Does this parts retrofit with original crosswave? I just bought crosswave, import from Australia to Malaysia. Kinda impress with its performance!

I ordered my Pet Pro months ago and haven't use it yet. I was afraid to use it because I can find the answer to my question. That question being, "Is the Pet-Pro safe to use on Engineered Wood Flooring (Acacia wood)? I would like to use it soon so I'm hoping to hear back. Thank you.

I just bought this machine and must admit I’m very disappointed with it. No matter what I do it just leaves a streaky mess. I need to use a good old mop and bucket to clean up after it. Money wasted really. 😫

this is a worthless and expensive machine. when you fill the clean tank and only pick quarter of the water been dumped on the floor😂😂😂😂
