For sleep I use white noise, crickets mainly and cicadas help too. My tinnitus is at 6500hz on left side and approx 6700hz on right 24/7 and loud too.

I have been doing this for the past couple of weeks now . I put river sounds in the background and I can actually do other things but it has been one tough year with tinnitus since I got it after third dosis of vaccine and then Covid but finally I think I’m accepting tinnitus and looking for positive videos like this one . How are the hearing aids you recommend different from using AirPods? I have a hard time with AirPods they seem to make my tinnitus worse.

I have 2 seperate type of noise in my left & right. First it started with humming in my right side.
A week later cricket 🦗 sounds in my left ear.
