Prestige Motorsports President, Doug Aitken, takes a few minutes here to explain a few things on our marine engines and EFI. Many customers ask how complete they can get the engine as well as what we do for the oxygen sensor on EFI systems (open loop or closed loop) and how we get temperature to the engine. I'm not seeing how the 02 sensor can work when the exhaust is water cooled, seems to me it would not get up to temp to get a proper reading. Are wide band sensors able to work at lower temps?
