I love writing lists and when I can put a checkmark or scratch it off I feel so awesome about myself even if it's something small. This is really good advice from personal experience.

hey aspie world. im autistic level 2, but undiagnosed ADHD! is it common for people with autism or adhd or both to fall alseep with no problem but then wake up in the middle of the night super excited, hyperactive, and unable to calm their brain or fall back asleep
