I've _always_ called him "Ultimate Gohan, " but that's because it's not a fan name, that was the actual moniker from the Budokai Tenkaichi series.

The cardgame calls Gurus powerup "Dormant Potential Unleashed" and Elder Kai's powerup "Latent Potential Unleashed". I really like that distinction.

I don’t care what anyone says, this was one of the my favorite forms from any character. I just love a character powering up and not needing to have a hair color change to show it. Gohan surpassing all the super saiyan forms while remaining in his base form was always cool to me and felt majestic

The one thing I liked about Mystic's name was how mysterious and divine it sounded given that a former Supreme Kai had to unlock the power for him. I honestly want to see the Supreme Kai techniques and abilities expanded on so we can see some unique skills. The GoDs have god ki and hakai power, so I want to see the Supreme Kais get their own variations of power.

I liked Mystic. Especially in the Shin Budokai games where he gets dark blue shading which is so badass.

Considering all the magic related stuff that happened in that saga, like Babidi’s magic, Dabura turning people to stone, and Buu’s chocolate beam.

And then there’s how Gohan got his power up. Elder Kai using magic.

He did not become “ultimate” until the sword broke and he got his power up.

Just my opinion but the way it always was when I was a kid in the circles I ran in.

With Gohan being my favorite anime character ever, I’d say Mystic is definitely my go to because it’s a root word for mystical which has many meanings, which gives it depth.
