This is such a great video! Nature is such a great therapy! I was just on a trail near Mount Rainier two days ago during my long weekend trip to Washington, and I felt so alive and happy just being present on the trail and not having my phone on! This is a great message that we all need to do what is best for ourselves and be the best person we can be. That can then spread that love to everyone else around us!
