I saw alot of comments saying the goc was bad before this event but the goc are no good or no bad they are netrual to the foundation in this event there not they don't care about the found staff goc just has different ways of protecting humanity than the foundation

The GOC lost though. But we were saved by one man running through all the chaos with a briefcase towards another SCP which caused the universe to reset itself and no we live in a scenario where this never happened. Although it may be noted that The Foundation losing was the bad ending. Humanity's extermination was an effort to exterminate an anomalous entity which is responsible for all the feelings we humans have, like empathy, pain etc.
