Welcome to Wednesday! Thanks for pressing play again! Today is a full-body, low impact, 30-minute cardio workout. On Wednesdays you can expect low-impact movements with some more fun challenges to get us over the hump! My Wednesday rules: Smile big, don't quit, and last one - chest up, core tight!

Wow I got 186 bpm over this. My record I guess💪🏻 I sweat so much it was flowing down my face crazy! Also I can’t believe I burnt 546 cal in just half an hour. Wow!! Thanks Jordan!

I'll definitely see you tomorrow. I take the classes from Monday through Friday, and on Sundays I take the classic 2-mile run. Thanks for these classes; they're helping me a lot and you are great instructor.

Good morning, my neighbor introduced me to Jordan videos.
After discussing some health issues I am dealing with.
I have been doing Higher Burn for a few months now. Wednesday workout is ful of energy from the beginning to the end❤. I have now moved on to Jordan Fit Spirit. I came back to do Wednesday workout. Sending ❤from the 242🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸
