This is the Schrade SCHF24 Tactical, Survival Knife...

This full tang knife is bathed in a stone washed finish lending a rugged, vintage appearance in keeping with its stealthy black color. Baring a 3.4" clip point fine edged blade, the SCH24 is ready for action right out of the box. Constructed from 8Cr13MoV high carbon stainless steel, this general utility knife is reliable and rock solid.

Pierce, poke and drill with the tough tip. The fine edge of the upswept blade is perfect for slicing and cutting... and jimping on the spine adds stability when applying down force.

A contoured handle with black notched and patterned G-10 handle slabs and thoughtfully positioned finger notches make for a sure grip regardless of weather conditions...and the exposed tang transforms the knife into a sturdy breaking and crushing tool.

The lanyard hole at the base of the handle lets you keep the SCHF24 close at hand by tethering the knife to your wrist with cordage.

Multiple carry options are made possible via the versatile Kydex thermoplastic belt sheath. A friction grip holds the knife in place. The sheath accommodates alternate carrying positions—including pocket or pouch. Remove the belt carry loop and use the four reinforced grommet holes for lashing the knife to gear.

I'll be honest, I've been into knives for quite a while & always viewed Schrade as a cheap knife I'd never buy; but lately Schrade has come out with some incredible knives at untouchable prices. I already own the SCHF10, just ordered the SCHF37, & have been eyeballing the SCHF24 & 13.
What I love about this knife is the G10 scale design, the blade finish, & the versatility of the sheeth!

Been a Schrade user/customer for decades. Only downside to that is Schrade tools last long enough, I don't need to buy them but once a decade or so! lol My 6OT is USA made and nearly 25 years old...and shaves fuzz sticks beautifully.

I love that its ready when it comes out of the box and the handle looks amazing! I would use this knife when I go camping and hiking and even bring it when I go snowboarding because you never know when you will need it.

I love the look of this knife. Schrade always focuses on the little details that separate the great knives from the knives that are just good. I love the size, its small enough to carry comfortably on a short day hike where my full sized survival knife is overkill.

The Schrade SCHF24 looks absolutely amazing and also very versatile.

I would absolutely love one to take fishing/camping to dig holes, cut line and it also would come in handy starting fires to stay warm.

I plan to pick up one of these new schrade fixed blades but it's such a hard choice. This one is on the short list love the reverse tanto blade shape and the size and the exposed tang. I have an schf9 and really like it.

Great looking knife. I like the fact that it is a great knife in a small pakage and it looks like it can take a beating, i love the great looking blade and the handle design. The video is ideal for product advertisig due to it's length, images and sound quality + the voice is great.

Schrade, you have outdone yourselves on this one. Anyone fortunate enough to win this will have a high quality all around very useful knife. I love the tanto blade, the stobe-wash style finish, the G10 grips are amazing too! I like how it has a hole for tethering it to a cord. I really like that it comes with a sheath that can be used multiple ways; brilliant. Thid knife is very aesthetically appealing as well due to it's shape, size, blade, finish, grips, and grip screws (grommets?). I would love to have one, but I would also love to be to give everyone in my family and all my friends one because this knife can be used for so many different things, it can be carried easily, and it would just be a blessing to be able to have one of these. Ever since I got a Schrade Old Timer I've been a huge fan of Schrade, and will be for a very long time and it's great to see Schrade making more knives & cutlery that I actually really want! :P
