Lions Stray Into Gujarat’s Residential Area | Watch

Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda shared a video of a pride of lions walking down the streets at night. The video is from Gujarat and it appears to be a residential area. A group of eight lions can be seen loitering through the streets. The video was shared on Twitter and has over 1 lakh views. The video shows lions walking down an empty street. You can’t spot anyone walking on the same road but you can see the blinking headlights of vehicles approaching.

Great work of the government of Gujarat that they exhibited empathy towards nature. The government should endeavour to increase the forest area. Settlements from the fringes of the forest must be removed.
