The "room divider" is such a good idea! Since the rent in Germany, especially in cities got crazy expensive, almost no one (I'm not talking about college students) can afford an at least 2 room rental apartment anymore. I like the idea that I could divide my sleeping space from the living room...provided, that there's enough space for a sofa AND a bed....

My grandson’s are in high school & middle school AND they have classes online. A lot of those ideas would be perfect for them!! I’ve tried helping out some like with a pr of nice wood TV trays for their laptops, another 3 shelf unit to hold supplies that I actually got from IKEA!! But I really like that laptop stand, ESPECIALLY the cup holder on it!! The 15 yr old drinks a LOT of water & that would be perfect for him!!

We moved countries… South Africa to UAE! NEVER had an IKEA in my life and we have kitted out a large amount of our new home from IKEA… now is the tricky part… all the non-IKEA finishes! 🙈 Taking it slow and loving the process! The laptop lap table is so handy. I did put a piece of anti-slip liner on top of it because my laptop kept sliding off but other than that it's absolutely brilliant.

Thank you for this video, Kristen! So many great items…definitely going to buy some of these for my firstborn’s dorm! He has two roommates in a forced triple, so I like the idea of the simple room divider. I’ll see what he thinks, but the hanging bed organizer is something I’ll definitely get…along with a few dishes.
