Who Needs To Register In The FMCSA Clearinghouse? (DACH Registration)

The Clearinghouse users include:

• Employers
• Drivers
• Medical Review Officers (MRO)
• Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP)
• Consortium/Third-Party Administrators (C/TPAs)

All of these users must first register in the Clearinghouse to access the Clearinghouse database.
