I’m sorry idk if I’m being too technical but a major portion of my job revolves around mm measurements and when you said each layer is 1mm thick and is made of thousands of layers I immediately knew one thousand 1mm layers would NOT fit in that 3d printer lol since that’s over 3 feet tall, but when I re-listened I thought maybe he just means each 1mm layer is composed of thousands of sheets. It was like I was tricking myself because the layer also had layers ☠️

Quick question, I’ve seen videos of 3D prints and then saying like the price of the print. Does it actually cost money to print the item or do they just mean the cost of the model?

If each layer was 1mm thick and theyre were 1000s of layers as you say the finished print would be over a meter tall! 😂
...and im american i dont even know what a meter actually is is! 😅 but i do know 1000mm = 1 meter
