If that sign meant the road is not for trucks to use it would be blocked in game. In the UK we have signs saying ‘unsuitable for HGVs’ (HGV is a truck, the abbreviation is for Heavy Goods Vehicle). These signs are often accompanied by another sign saying ‘Except For Access’ which allows an HGV to go down that road for them to access farms or other sites they might be delivering to or collecting from, such as new housing developments, pubs, restaurants or garden centres.

Done that IRL in Jersey and just sat there with one long Cop just looked at me, hit his lights, walked up, and "Really? Really dude?! Come on, man! There are signs everywhere back there!" I just handed him my paperwork for a flagpole to a residence I was delivering to. He laughed, gave me the all clear, and escorted me through. Best cop ever. Love my job because I get by with taking a full-size semi into neighborhoods that usually only the moving trucks or small delivery trucks go into.

TCS is a cool feature on truck, and hopefully Oklahoma has a ton of dirt roads like irl so we can use to for full potential

I remember delivering to San Francisco or Sacramento. I drove to Reno and the exit to California was closed. I went to a rest stop to wait until the blockage cleared. I ended up heading south and all the alternate routes I could take, No Trucks Allowed.

The devs should implement a feature where you can contact the destination and report delays.

Maybe the next version of ATS is a real working cop that will hold and stand you. And I would like to see all my trailers and trucks at a same garage at the same time. And would like to open the doors and trailer load etc.... so many wishes for a next version.
