I dont think this is proper earthing method.. First of all, what type of connection earthing are planning to do? Also, it needs minimum 2.4 meter copper/steel pipe with proper 1.2meter x 1.2meter excavation. There is not necessarily to put 80 kg of charcoal. There are lot of advance methods are available like bentonite to provide adequate shock absorbing power. The way you briefed above should be clear for viewers to understand what are you trying to convey to professional. Thank you

Wrong Method.
Charcoal should be provided first at the bottom of the GI pipe then the pipe should be buried. And the layers of charcoal and salt should be applied.
