■ Lance Stroll has opened up about his future in the sport, and although this is more or less a guaranteed seat given the fact that his father owns the team, it’s safe to assume that things might change sooner rather than later for the young Canadian driver if he doesn’t ramp up his performance. Even though the car has been regressing with the past couple of upgrades, the fact that Aston Martin remains a one-man show with Alonso, who is nearing the end of his career, is not the scenario that this team wants to be in, especially if the driver who is set to replace him as the leader is the son of the owner who feels no pressure to deliver results. So, with this in mind, what does the future hold for Lance, and more importantly, will Aston Martin realize the situation they are in with the young Canadian driver?

Never a Lance fan but just tired of people trying to manipulate a father to fire his own son from the team, Lance is by far not the best but isn't the worst F1 has seen either. If a driver like Logan can be in F1 then Lance surely can, he's not half bad as his haters claim & as long as pay driver exist in F1, his place is legit imo.

He is an absolute BRAT, and there are other more talented drivers who deserve a seat but with Stroll-the-Troll blocking, we will have to wait for the pressure from investors and Honda Corp, if we are truly to see if 'Poppa-Stroll' willl finally stop giving into the tantrums of Lance _Youhadyourchance-Stroll and do what is right for the sport and the fans of F1. Junior Stroll needs to go, ship Carlos in, I'm sure Adrian would follow as I believe where Honda go so will Adrian as he knows that Honda will tailor their engine to what he requires, as done at Red Bull. With 2 recognised race winners in as Aston things would change very quickly into a championship race winng team.
