Just2easy Live Lesson - Creating a database using j2data (Years 5/6 - P 6/7)

Join the Just2easy education team as they deliver a live lesson focussing on using j2data to create a database.

Geared towards pupils in Year 5/6 (England/Wales) / P6/7 (Northern Ireland and Scotland), the session is intended to be played at the front of the classroom, with teachers and pupils following along with the activity. A great way to upskill all involved!

This session will include:
- discussing the use of databases
- locating j2data
-- outlining the fields in a database
- populating a database
- saving our work

This activity is based around the Teach computing/NCCE Year 5 databases unit of work.

Student's should be familair with the Just2easy Tool-suite (with logging in and saving work). They will be shown how to use j2data throughout the session, so don't require prior knowledge of this tool.

The lesson will begin at 10.45GMT on Tuesday 29th April 2025. You will be able to pause the session should you need to.

Please note - teachers in NI can not access this directly from a smart panel when using the c2k network, it must be accessed through a device connected to the panel (either via a cable or casting)
