Just2easy Live Lesson - Creating a Titanic presentation (including animation)

Join the Just2easy education team as they deliver a live lesson focussing on using JIT paint, JIT animate and j2create to make a Titanic presentation.

Geared towards pupils in Year 5/6 (England) / P6/7 (Northern Ireland and Scotland), the session is intended to be played at the front of the classroom, with teachers and pupils following along with the activity. A great way to upskill all involved!

This session will include:
- creating a stamp of the Titanic in JIT Paint
- Using the stamp to create an animation of the sinking of the Titanic
- exporting the animation as a GIF
- creating a j2create file and adding text, images and our exported GIF to create a presentation about the Titanic

This session can be viewed as one long session, or alternatively can be split into 2 or 3 sessions.

Student's should be familair with the Just2easy Tool-suite (with logging in and saving work). They will be shown how to use JIT paint & animate, and j2create throughout the session, so don't require prior knowledge of this tool.

The lesson will begin at 10.45GMT on Tuesday 22nd October 2024, and will last for one hour. You will be able to pause the session should you need to.

Please note - teachers in NI can not access this directly from a smart panel when using the c2k network, it must be accessed through a device connected to the panel (either via a cable or casting)
