I spent the day trying to resolve the issue. I knew it was related to Azure configuration or Intune, but I struggled to find the solution because, in my past experience, we used to have an M365 Business Premium license. This organization uses Business Standard, where Intune is not activated. After turning off Intune, the PC is now able to join AAD. Thanks for sharing the video.
