It was really easy and quick to do. About fifteen minutes. Helpful hint: I ordered a new back cover plate that had new adhesive strip, so would make easier and seal better. This kept me from using glue.

I had a lot of trouble getting the battery cable to attach back to the phone. Also, the ribbon flex was impossible to re-attach.

Using a hot water bottle is a good way to heat up the adhesive

I use to have an s4 and the battery was easily accessible just with the removable back plastic. Miss those days.
