More brilliant ideas ! Easier electric welding method that very few TIG welders know

Hello everyone.
Today I show you how to set up Tig welding machine for easier electric welding.
Continuing from last week, I tried to interpret the working principle of the welding machine in a fun way this week.
This can be useful sometimes, but don't take it too seriously.
It's just an interesting prank. ;)

long ago, in ye olden days, all TIG welders were just stick welders with aftermarket accessories.

That's a good trick. Take advantage of the TIGs' better capabilities to make a better stick weld.

I think using cotton gloves for such hot work as welding, was a nice touch to showing people how to severely burn themselves. Hahaha.

Call me a skeptic, but this was a great video on how to make a $2000 pulse-capable TIG welder perform like a $300 buzz box. If you have a TIG welder you would be better off learning to TIG weld. That joint could have looked sooo nice with a decent TIG weld... 🤔

Не каждый TIG аппарат позволяет менять полярность. Легче было взять электроды с основным покрытием, типа LB-52U. После них шов почти идеальный, конечно при определенном навыке.

Когда работал на аргоно-дуговой сварке, то часто просто вставлял электрод в цангу горелки и сваривал этим же аппаратом . Удобно то, что есть спад дуги и никогда не перегреешь металл шва. На своём самодельном инверторе на тиристорах я вывел кнопку на электрододержатель и у меня получилось два режима сварки. Нажал на кнопку ток минимальный, отпустил, тот . который выставил резистором. Сварщикам очень нравилось.

Тоже так делал. Обычным держателем электросварки с программой TIG сварки сварил, шов получился крутой, мягкий, гладкий, красивый. TIG держатель у меня есть, но я его не пользуюсь, достаточно было обычным держателем.

I actually thought that you are going to use DC Pulse on the TIG.
6:25 That last arc, with the music, made me laugh. I don't know if that was intentional, but if yes, than you have a great sense of humor. lol
EDIT: oh, ok. You did go pulse. Haha!
