LIngon ( red berries), meatballs, potatoes and gravy, that is how we eat it in Sweden. Never had seen MacCheese here in Sweden. Kalles Kaviar ( the boy is Carl Ameln) and we eat it with bread not in those cups, that would be too much kaviar at once. The cups are eaten with sallad, like shrimp salad or salmon mousse.
