The Minecraft Survival Guide continues! Today's tutorial will show you how to convert a Pillager Outpost into a Raid Farm which feeds you Pillager captains for the Bad Omen effect, then lets you farm emeralds and totems of undying from the raiding vindicators and evokers!

You could also add a village under the killing platform with a bunch of villagers to also farm "hero of the village" gifts, like clay blocks

For fans of somewhat obscure geometry terms, the distance from a square's (or any regular polygon's) center to a corner is the circumradius, and the distance from the center to the middle of an edge is the apothem. These terms aren't useful, but at least apothem is fun to say.

The moment Mojang fixes that "mobs are oblivious to open trap-doors" thing, so many farms are going to break. 😅

you will find that pillagers are not eager to spawn inside the tower bounding box(raiders are the exception) there are 4 blocks out side the original tower that belongs to the bounding box. so on the 5:th there should be spawns. and when there is a raid going on any pillagers spawning outside the bounding box that wanders inside the box will add to the raid count so you might end up with a never ending raid.(or almost never ending raid)

Also I just realized that tipped arrows of the turtle master is very helpful because it gives slowness and just wait for resistance to stop.

The glass panes and the water may be causing them to bob up into the lava. You have caves and a mineshaft that may need to be lit up nearby. Place another villager further down closer to you so the Raids activate without having to pillar up and down dodging everything. If you give that one the workstation, the villager up top won't need one for them to track and target to. Increase the size of the grass until the Patrols no longer pathfinder to the center (19 blocks?) And the Raids may need the cobblestone removed to prevent spawns and/or waterlog some steps around the grass so they can reach the trap.

Idea for an actual challenge: 3 bosses at once. Get bad omen five then get a villager in the end, activate the wither in the end, then resplendent the ender dragon. don’t do it on your world cuz it would probably mess everything up do it in a creative world. Give your self everything you want ( gear, potions sword notch apple ) but don’t fight it In creative. Hope you decide to try it out!
