Most Uranium is U238 which has a half-life of 4.5 Billion years, it's basically stable. Heavy metal risk is far worse than radiation risk.

It doesn't take much uranium to get this beautiful color. I have some pieces and while Geiger counters will detect a rise in radiation, it's not much. Completely safe and very cool stuff!

Should specify flying during the day vs. at night when cosmic radiation exposure is minimal.

I feel like this is what you're supposed to keep absinthe in.

That drink looks so refreshing, imagine waking up at 3am and taking a nice cold sip of NukaCola from that glass 😂

I have one of those very pieces, and my geiger counter does not detect anything.

i like it's color, but after knowing that most people belive that all radioactive material (without exposing it to UV light) glow green like this, i felt sad how people lack common knowledge.

What you get radiation from an airplane?

now, put some neutron reflectors/moderators and a neutron emmiter plus a boron carbide rod around that glass bottle

Yeah but you have like 34 feet of digestive tissue. I know the metal isn't exactly soluble in water but there's always going to be trace amounts that leach off. I wouldn't risk it, at least not without chasing it with a shot of heavy water to balance it out 😅
