I recently saw a video on a much smaller version of a water barrier like this. It was only 3 feet tall or so but impressive none the less… but this is mind blowing. Whoever came up with this has saved lives. If there’s any kind of award for innovators, inventions or whatever, he definitely deserves at least one.
