Enunciate your words and you won't have to repeat yourself.

I used to teach radio communications ...
Key the mike ...
Take a breath ...
Speak as you would to a kind old, hearing impaired person (maybe your grandma) ...
Take a breath ...
Release the mike ....
....
You, almost always, will be understood .

If you have enough time to insult people - tautologically, btw (if she really had to repeat everything _twice_ she'd be saying everything three times) - then you have enough time to speak sufficiently slowly and clearly that you can be understood the first time.

" We're " not calling Bids at an Auction here. What is the need to speak at 90 mph. There's a saying in the working world. There's never enough time to do it right but there's always enough time to do it over.

The pilot should’ve said, “I’m sorry, Tower, could you repeat that? Ninerthreezeroromecho.”

To be fair, I had to play it 3 times to decipher that word blur. Good luck to a student pilot catching it the first time.

Cessna Pilot: „Possible Tower deviation. I have a phone number for you to call. Advise when ready to copy“

Funny how she spoke so clearly with an open mic, but when it really matters she fails to enunciate.

In an ATC and pilot interaction, clarity is key. I have heard so many transcripts of unintelligible exchanges. And, IMHO, this is a significant issue in the USA.

Ahhh... the open mic will get you every time...

On a second listen, the interesting omission is that she doesn’t really call the crosswind turn. She says right closed traffic approved and clears touch and go—-so a little imprecise.

"I'm having to repeat everything twice!" Gee, wonder what the common denominator is.

Just imagine how see talks to people when she's not in the tower. Get this person a job at Target.

Controllers do this over and over. They may have said the same thing thousands of times, but each time is brand new to whatever pilot they're talking to, so slow down! Quit slurring words! And if someone asks you to repeat, then take the hint and change the way you're broadcasting, don't bitch about it to the other tower staff. Maybe find another job if this one bugs you that much.

Something about the tone of her voice, a little self-conscious and performative.

The pilots don't have the benefit of closed captions.

Lots of people talking about "where'd they get her from..." in the comments. ATC's across the country are desperate for workers. They have strict requirements and are scraping the bottom of the barrel for people who won't come to work drunk.

Real classy! What an impatient and entitled foul mouth.

Wonderful oversight FAA. Where are they getting these people?

Is it any wonder she had to repeat everything twice, she was speaking so fast she was difficult to understand.
