Training the Tai Chi Internal wave begins with an external wave and then is refined inwards.

Not only is it very martially powerful, this training is a great health exercise as well (like most Tai Chi skills.)

In fact it’s an exercise that’s so important Sigung Clear practices it everyday.

This wave is one requirement of a Clear’s Internal Push Hands instructor and it’s one of many important skills taught in push hands instructor course.

I train two to four hours a day. But never seem to have enough time to train everything. I appreciate knowing what you think is important enough to train everyday. Right now the only things I train every day are forms, Nei Kung, and Bone Marrow Breathing. I find models of excellence (yourself) and copy them. What else do you train every day?

do you have an instructional video, only teaching "internal wave?
