William Burn new c.i.a director; I recall age 21, applied for army & tossed into c.ia, I'd contact c.i.a director Bill Casey, like a jovial grandfather to me, he'd fly to ftbenning, wtap his arms around me, his mouth always wide open laughing, " Ann, (so and so) is not REALLY going to kill us! Ha! Ha!" That was 1987. My communication, repeatedly to mr. casey, sadly, never persuaded him to worry. It's personal to me. I'm glad I knew him.
