Hayden is such a good actor, he embraces the role fully and delivers 101%. I feel like most people think putting on that much makeup and prosthetics isn't super hard you're just sitting in a chair but no it's hell so he takes on so much for this role and is amazing at it

I must say Hayden's aged deep voice makes vader sound perfect when he had a damaged mask due to Anakin's vocal cords being burned alone with the rest of his body

They did a fantastic job making his scars healed since ROTS but still not at the level of ROTJ, making it in between. Nice touch! But that brief moment when Hayden's walking with the suit and turns towards the camera at 1:36 he looks so much like Sebastian Shaw!

It really does look like the healed up version of the burns in ROTS. The detail is incredible.

What I also appreciated in the series is the level of detail the crew put in to Vader’s makeup. We now see the progression in Vader’s wounds healing. It looks sort of somewhere in between how he was right after his injury on Mustafar and Return of the Jedi.

It's weird how he also looks like Sebastian Shaw in the makeup, the actor who played Anakin when Luke removed Vader's mask at the end of ROTJ.
