My students keep asking me why the need for imaginary Solution 🤣🤣🤣
That we should just assume it doesn't exist

It was more simple.
~ x³ – 27 = 0
Adding 27 to both sides, it becomes:-
x³ = 27
Taking cube root on both sides, it becomes:-
x = 3

You should extend your video: Let draw all three solution into the complex number plane where the solutions are located on a regular circle equally spaced. The same applies for higher exponents. For example x^5-32=0 will result in a circle showing 5 points with 72 degree angles between.

Me after 1sec when i saw thumbnail: x=3

Add 27 to both sides. 3 is cube root of 27. Simple.

X^3=27

Taking cbrt both sides

X=3

Question: for the first solution of X=3, how did he jump to X-3=0?

I'm old gotta school in the 70s but I throught to solve you put x3 on one side of the equation by adding 27 to each side of the equation x3-27=0
X3 plus 27 then 0 plus 27 leaving x3*27 cube root of x3=x cube root of 27=3 therefore x equal to three what's with all the other math

The easiest and direct way is something else.Add +27 to both sides of the equation.Then we get x^3=27.Next step take cuberoot of both sides.and we get x=3, 3 and 3

No need to use the formula.just shift the 3^3 to the other side. Done

Cube Roots X cubes n 27 cubes = X—3=0, X=3 Ans

The pedant would suggest there is one real solution and two COMPLEX solutions, since the latter solutions comprise a real and an imaginary part.

Yes, I know that in maths imaginary "solutions" are used. But they are called imaginary for a reason: they don't exist.
