A lot of people don't realize that Kurt Russell basically lived two lives in Hollywood (consecutively, not some dark alternate). I grew up watching him as a kid actor (I was a kid, too) from Gilligan's Island and before to the Disney movies like "The Computer" series as Dexter Riley when he became my complete hero, my family and I went to see all of them, then they replayed them on TV. Haven't heard of them in decades. Then he started in with Big Trouble in Little China (a must see), The Thing [Carpenter remake] and on to his "Adult" movie career. Legend doesn't ciover it and, he's humble, a genuinely nice guy (an old friend used to race quarter midgets with him) and has realistic views about the world and politics and doesn't just jump on the bandwagon because of peer pressure or not having a mind of his own.
He's always been in "my life" for 60 yrs., of all the celebrities I've been able to meet throughout my dealings, he's one I'd trade a lot for the privilege.
