I've been watching Cuban coffee videos lately, and yours is by far the best one! Very interesting!

I make Moka espresso the traditional Italian way, so the differences are interesting between Italian vs Cuban: not packing the coffee vs packing it a little bit (maybe it's a different grind?), using a low gas flame or a medium electric stove vs a high electric stove, removing the Moka from the heat the instant you hear it gurgle so it finishes brewing off the stove vs leaving it on the stove much longer. But, I can see your end result is awesome coffee ☕!

I've seen a few of these videos but HANDS DOWN yours was the best, your vid really showed all the nuance involved in making a perfect cafecito. It also helps a ton that you took your time to explain why you did certain steps so ppl won't skip it.
