What are your tips for choosing and using avocados?

Store them in the frig with the skin on when they feel slightly soft . They will last beautifully for a few days. Perfectly green and tasty upon pealing

I apply a thin layer of olive oil over the half of unserved avocado and store it in an airlocks jar. It stays fresh and keeps its green color up to 3 days in the fridge.

Never a good reason to let an avocado spoil. If one has extras, cut them in chunks and store in the freezer. Put the frozen chunks in your shakes / smoothies. Take the pits, peel them, slice into chips, place in oven / toaster oven, toast until dry, cool, then grind into a powder. Use powder in smoothies / shakes for an increased nutritional boost.

I've never really considered my avocado mistakes.
I guess now I'm going to have to completely reevaluate every decision whether it was small or large that I've ever made throughout my entire life.
I mean really - how could I even start to consider myself as a citizen of the world, a kind thoughtful caring individual until I have sorted out my avocado 'issues'?
