If today's muslims are not to be blamed for the atrocities done by Mughal period muslims, then why are today's Brahmins blamed and made to pay for the alleged atrocities done by post Vedic era Brahmins?

As a Brahmin, I believe these Government Jobs are not for us. Let the ST SC and OBCs enjoy these jobs they are getting through sweet reservations. We should look for other money making private sectors in which only Talent, Creativity and Innovation can only prevail.
Edit : The End of Reservations in Public Sector is a far dream for India. It's the biggest political agenda. The one who ends it will just loose everything in the next elections. Privitation is one possible way but it can't end everything.

Being a middle class Brahmin that too from TN, i have one question , why i have been punished right from my birth. I didnt do any wrong to my society. Keeping some of the past in mind and punishing the present and future is very big sin. But these have made me strong . I was born here and wil die here. Am preaching my dharmas (as far as i know) to my son. I always tel my son, b proud of ur caste and Dharma.

Chamar also treated the valmik as like lower cast within dalit community and never respect them..but they always ask to bhraman to treat equally😂😂...level of hypocrisy in within dalit community.

There is also a thing like discrimination within the lower castes itself.
My neighbors(from Sc caste) last daughter has come of marrying age and family is searching for groom. Their was one proposal from another Sc caste family(different caste from my neighbors). My neighbors rejected this proposal because for them groom's caste was considered lower than them.
And these are the same people who boast about Ambedkar and attack priest community in Hinduism.

Actually Brahmins(Real ones, Varna system) were the main hurdles infront of Jihaadis & Missionaries for Hindus to convert. This is the main reason why Communist Historians potrayed them such in our so called history.

I had a friend who claimed to be from a "backward caste" but was very rich. She hardly attended college classes, always partied with friends, scored low but still claimed all benefits and reservation and got seat for further studies while a brahmin person who scored very high marks but was poor didn't. It doesn't make sense. She didn't deserve the seat not because of caste but because she didn't work hard to earn it. She could have gave up her reservation for someone who is truly backward from her own community. Because her family is rich and are doing well, so how the hell is she backward anymore?

Sai Deepak i appreciate ..they way you try to explain carefully by choosing right words... You tried to speak the truth.. without denying the facts.... Ofcourse you said the right thing.. your community if try to wash it's Lenin there are many who are waiting to take advantage of it...but we can still resolve our issues on holding to mid ground so that we can unite on an understanding by negotiating on few things just to share the burden and equally work for common purpose and bring harmony in sanatanis.

Har Har Mahadev 🙏🚩

One trend is also going on to ashame or take away identity from Brahmin youths is that "only practising Brahmin can be called a Brahmin." Nobody asks other varnas that, only fighting Kshatriyas can be called Kshatriyas or only ironsmiths/goldsmith can be called OBCs.

As a Kshatriya Rajput from Gujarat, we always admire our Brahmin brothers. It is in our culture. There is strong bond between Rajput and Brahmin.
