As far as I know, in most Iskcon temple, there's no caste limitations. All you have to do is pass their training. If they can do it, anyone can.

The thing is you can't join a temple on the basis of caste.
The necessity is eradication of asking of caste.
As no one asks someone's caste for joining the army, the same for temples.

Sadguru I am Brahmin by Birth but not by profession. Making institutions to train people how do Puja in different temple is a great Idea. We should abolish the reservation policy too because all are equal in our country. We are in democratic country.
