It would be fine if AOH2 was just math, but it isnt. If youre playing mobile you cant access the map designer app, only the editors, so you have a choice either a bazillion provinces map or 5 provinces map. Anx the way ai fights is it goes to random provinces basically meaning the entire war gameplay is taking 5 hours to move units until your very limited move power is at 0, and then see ai 50 times weaker than you stil defeat you becauss they always run away and take a lot of provinces this way

I agree on middle ages part, it doesn't suit the modern world because i prefer the frontilne pushes like Hoi4 because it's more realistic. That's why i always play in middle ages and Victorian era

I mean for aoh3 it’s a lose lose either way, if frontlines it makes no sense for Victorian and earlier, the way it is is like vic2 which is my preferred war system
