I love love LOVE doing this, I do so in the bath, I smother myself in Nuxe Huile beauty oil afterwards and you literally glow like a like a you get a really good glow, it lasts for days. I do this once or twice a month, depending on how hard my periods have hit me . It's so beneficial and soothing ❤

I do this as well as dermarolling at home. Helped get rid of some acne scars and my skin face is now one tone and I never experience redness anymore. I’m a medical assistant so I know how to properly sterilize the tools and I know how delicate the skin is, so don’t come for me.
