Gasoline Flare Off

This is the safest way I can conjure up to dispose of old gas/oil mix. On the primary fill of around 16 ounces of fuel, the flare burned for a total of 18 hours completed in two stages. After the first 8 hours a glass globe from an oil lamp was added over the flame for the slightest of air current would extinguish it. Flame continued to burn strong to a small blue flame the size of the pilot light on a gas stove range. At the second stage of 10 hours was completed, the aquarium air pump was unplugged. The tiny flame was sucked into the BOP and it functioned properly and with an extremely loud report! The next fill of approximately the same amount of fuel is in the second stage of burn time at 16 hours total and counting. The initial volume of useless fuel has dropped dramatically but will still have some non volatile fluid in it.
