I just finished reading Michael's book - This sketch is funny because he WAS NOT actually eating 10, 000-12, 000 calories per day. He says that is an exaggeration made up by the media for clickbait and headlines etc. He's making fun of it in this.
He was eating less, like 4000-9000. Still way more than the average person, but it wasn't a gallon of coffee ice cream and a whole pizza a day hahaha. The 3 sandwiches, omelette, 3 french toast & pancakes was accurate though (only when he was hungry af)
