If you're a 1980s lover and a huge fan of melodic rock, I'm sure the works of Seven will be your everylasting collection, keeping in the depth of your soul forever. They don't have long hair outwardly, but they do rock by heart. Formed in 1989, the band had a complicated history from South African. The line-up settled down almost in 1990 with some singles coming out. One of the most well-known singles of Seven was "Man With a Vision“ produced and written by John Parr, also had a promotional video. Two years later, John Parr recorded his own version of this song for his 1992 album. Another notable single was "Inside Out" with a music video as well. In addition, they didn't release an offcial album in early days though their singles were all in good-quality.

This song "America" is selected from the 2014 album called 7, actually recorded in 1990. The whole album is quite brilliant with no weak songs. Bright keys and marvelous guitar works with great vocals, this song brings the feeling that longs for a sense of nostalgia, typical late 1980s and early 1990s tune.
