Looks like a gamble that they play Bc5 (allowing you to get a tempo) instead of Be7 straight away (in which case the combination won't work)

Every time I try these gambits they move the queen early and then I'm lost. This reminds me of grappling, if they do this, you do this. But the beginning stage sucks because you only have a few moves.

If youre black and someone plays this, take two pawns and ignore the third, play defensively and aim to develope with most of your pieces on the king side and king side castle, ull be up a pawn and in a better position.

Yeah i saw someone playing against me that gambit and instead of castling i took their knight with my bishop and with hug material advantage won by resignation in the endgame

I literally never fell for this gambit and I'm not that good, I don't see the big fuss, I just enjoy my extra 2 pawns.. you assume so many moves your opponent doesn't even have to make.
