A simple answer for this question:

**Attacking**
When im rushing, i choose Phantom
When I'm play back, i choose Vandal

**Defending**
When i hold short angles, i choose Phantom
When i hold long angles, i choose Vandal

So, agent tier list, gun tier list, and the phantom vs. vandal. These all depends on the map tbh. Phantom is strong on split and haven, while vandal is strong on ascent and icebox. Bind is pretty neutral.

1:13 EU servers use more vandal bcz u have russian players and vandal is like the ak-47 so maybe this is the reason why EU servers prefer the vandal ( just for fun plz russia don't blame me )

Yeah I’m one of those people who can’t use the phantom. My aim progressively gets worse the longer I use the phantom as I start becoming lazy with my aim without even noticing it until 5 games later and I stop getting kills. Vandal feels much more consistent bursting and being able to one tap without hitting someone for 140 all the time feels so much better.

Fun fact #1: When i use phantom, especially on icebox, its like shooting with spectre. (prob cuz i play a lot more vandal).
Fun fact #2: When my enemies use phantom, especially on icebox, its buffed phantom with vandal range killing ability.
Fun fact #3: When my enemies have spectre against me, its the best gun in the game.
Fun fact #4: I shoot a lot better with the skins.

I was a phantom player at the beginning but I hated shooting long range headshots and people not dying so here I am being a vandal player since episode 2 and not regretting it lol

As a phantom user, i use phantom for both attacking and defending cuz im a cypher main and i like smg. Its naturally depends on how to use both. Phantom is like the evolution of ghost and spectre. Ghost has a silencer while the spectre is a mp5 or mp7 smg. Its true that phantom are powerful at close range attacks. Vandal is more of the power type thing, Vandal is maybe alot better than phantom more powerful but a little bit slow. Of course ar are powerful but Phantom is a smg type. It has faster fire rate than vandal (just my opinion cuz i havent used vandal a long time but ive seen the fire rate of phantom and vandal on my previous games. If im wrong dont hate me cuz im just sharing my opinion on both vandal and phantom)
