Alpine fire survivors will have to wait a few weeks more before seeing their property again.

A judge determined this afternoon, that several steps must happen before anyone sees their personal items.

"My client feels terrible that these people have been displaced, have been left for months without their goods. It’s why we took the affirmative step to say—let’s put an end to this," said attorney Steve Jaffe who is representing owner of the Alpine Motel, Adolfo Orozco.
