The way he worded it+how rare it is, makes me feel as if the only way It's possible is if both people reroll and reroll into the same champion within a very small amount of frames from each other, so the teambuilder doesn't mark it off as taken

katarina has a new one for all logic.
she will use her passive when she e's to an allied dagger, but she doesnt use the dagger up.
so basically you can have a tank katarina setting up dagger for everyone to e on. even multiple times as the e will get a reset upon passive use.
