Dr. Anita, Soror you are a gift to the body of Christ! Thank you!!! This is phenomenal. It's made me completely rewire my thought process and know that the day actually begins with rest. And the mere thought of when you don't rest well impacts your morning. just WOW!

I have not seen the whole series that you have been doing but I have a quick question but first let me tell you I enjoy everything that I do here but I know that rest is important but it says to keep the Sabbath holy how are we supposed to keep the Sabbath holy also on top of rest
