I get that you have to forgive people not only to free yourself but also because God forgives us like a lot. What I don’t like is that she still didn’t really take accountability. She kept saying she’s sorry she didn’t mean to hurt her yet she knew what she was doing. In the beginning she said she’s sorry did it because the other lady has everything. She did it to get ahead. So she stole someone’s work and passed it off as her own so she’s a liar and I bet she won’t ever tell the boss what she did but at the end offers to work with the lady and let her show the boss the work. No I’ll forgive you but I’m not trusting you. When a snake shows you who they are, don’t pet it then go ouch why did you did that. People are so jealous these days and feel entitled to what others work hard for. It’s best to keep your mouth shut and don’t be in a lot of peoples faces. It’s sad we gotta have our head on a swivel, it’s best to share your dreams and thoughts with Jesus and if you must talk about something, do it after it’s already done.

They forgot to mention if you don’t forgive, the Lord won’t forgive you either. That very verse he used about the king forgiving his servant’s great debt, went back and incarcerated him after he found out that his servant didn’t show the same grace to the person that owed him less.
