DIY Cash Envelopes | Dollar Tree Items | Under $10

I found a better way to get cash envelopes - make 'em yourself! I bought most of the items from Dollar Tree, excluding the tape. You can mix and match folder colors to suit your style! I made 7 cash envelopes for less than $10.
