U.S., Russia Set For January Talks

The United States said on Thursday they are set to talk with Russia in January, but emphasized the Kremlin must de-escalate tensions with Ukraine. Oksana Antonenko, Control Risks Group Director of Global Risk talked the news with Sonali Basak and Guy Johnson on "Bloomberg Markets: European Close."
